Bio
Mark is a qualified mediator and has extensive professional experience working in probate and property disputes, among others. He has been in practice as a barrister for over 20 years, and has completed the Law Society’s Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning (certified by the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
He is the author of The Reliable Expert Witness, a handbook for expert witnesses which includes a chapter on the role of expert witnesses in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation, ‘collaborative law’ and conciliation.
He is one of the presenters of The Fifth Court podcast, and the founding editor of Decisis Law Reports, an online law reporting service.
