Stephen O’Herlihy, Barrister at Law, Notary Public is an experienced Mediator practicing in Dublin and the surrounding counties. He is accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR, London England) and holds a further qualification, certified by the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII), for specialised training undergone in the area of mediation for Separating Couples.
For over 15 years, he has developed broad, extensive experience of Family Mediation both as a Mediator and in an advocacy role as counsel.
He is a member of the Irish branch of Groupement Européen des Magistrats pour la Mediation (GEMME), the European Association for Judges interested in Mediation.
Stephen serves as a member of the Family Mediation Committee of the Irish Professional Mediator's Organisation, (IPMO). He is a member of the panel of mediators of the Family Mediation Service maintained by the Legal Aid Board.
