Bio
Róisín is a qualified mediator since 2009 and the Chair of the Irish Professional Mediators' Organisation CLG "IPMO". She is an approved Skillnet trainer, delivering Conflict Resolution programmes to HR and Managers and Local Authorities; a Group Mentor for Waterford Chamber of Commerce's Regional Leaders Programme 2021-2022, and has also delivered Mediation training and CPD training for mediators, accredited by the Mediators Institute of Ireland. She is a Ministerial appointee of the Child Maintenance Review Group 2020-2022.

She is an IPMO Certified mediator, an IMI Certified Mediator, an award winning former Irish Research Council scholar and was awarded a PhD in 2014. She is a founding partner in Arc Mediation, is a peer reviewed independent researcher and a qualified barrister. Róisín presents at conferences and seminars nationally and internationally and has been invited as an expert to participate in Government fora on the topic of family law and mediation.

Experience
Róisín has significant experience as a mediator completing hundreds of cases both face-to-face and online since 2009, including:
• Probate Disputes, Succession Disputes,
• Work-place mediations for SME’s, State, Semi-State and International organisations
• Personal Injury disputes
• Family (consent agreements for separation, divorce, parenting, maintenance),
• Farm family disputes
• Wards of Court and EPA (Enduring power of attorney) disputes
• Contract and business disputes
Many of the cases were referred to Róisín after legal proceedings had been initiated, the majority of which subsequently came to a mutually satisfactory agreement.
